Meet Suzy
Suzy Gazzellone is the founder, baker, cake artist, cookbook author, and creative force behind Suzy’s Cake Angels.
What began as a passion for baking and creating meaningful moments for family and friends has grown into a thriving business built on creativity, connection, and a love for celebrating life’s special occasions. For over 11 years, Suzy has been helping clients transform their visions into unforgettable experiences through custom cakes, desserts, sweet tables, and event styling.
Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Suzy believes that every celebration deserves something beautiful, memorable, and delicious. From elegant wedding cakes and custom celebration desserts to thoughtfully curated sweet tables, every creation is designed with care and crafted to leave a lasting impression.
In addition to running Suzy’s Cake Angels, Suzy is the author of two cookbooks, Secrets From a Bakerand Secrets From a Baker: Holiday Edition, and is a recurring baking expert featured on Breakfast Television, CHCH Morning Live, and CP24 Breakfast. She has also been invited to appear on The Socialmultiple times, where she has shared baking trends, seasonal recipes, and creative entertaining ideas with audiences across Canada.
Through television, social media, workshops, and her recipes, Suzy loves inspiring others to find joy and confidence in the kitchen. Whether she is demonstrating a recipe live on air or teaching home bakers through her cookbooks and content, her approach is always warm, approachable, and rooted in making baking feel achievable.
At the heart of everything Suzy creates is a simple belief: food has the power to bring people together. Whether she is designing a one-of-a-kind cake, developing a new recipe, or sharing baking tips on television, her goal is always the same, to create meaningful experiences that are made with love and remembered long after the last bite.
